Management Team Bio
Christopher Passmore serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Wind Speed Aviation Services, LLC, a premier provider of bespoke aviation solutions based in Houston. Under his leadership, the company delivers personalized and luxurious air travel through top-tier private charter jet services. Passmore’s focus is on crafting comprehensive, tailored journeys, which encompass everything from on-demand and one-way jet services to helicopter and yacht access, alongside high-end amenities such as aircraft detailing and private chef/concierge services.
His extensive business acumen is complemented by his background as a commercial pilot, holding an FAA Commercial Pilot certification and an FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator permit. His professional history in the airline industry includes positions with Continental Airlines, American Airlines, Air Cargo Carriers, Inc., and Alliance Air Charter. He is an active member of both the Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals and the Wing Proficiency Program.
Prior to founding Wind Speed Aviation, Passmore successfully launched and scaled multiple ventures. Notably, he was the former owner of A1 Shredding (2007-2019), which earned recognition as a finalist for the 2008 Mack H. Hannah Jr. Upstart Business Award. He also previously owned Expresso Coffee Company of Houston, a chain of five coffee shops, from 1997 to 2001.
A 1990 graduate of Georgia Military College, Passmore is committed to community engagement, having volunteered for Hurricane relief efforts (Katrina and Ike) and hosted fundraisers for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Curtis Lewis serves as the Business Development Manager of Wind Speed Aviation Services, LLC, a premier provider of bespoke aviation solutions based in Houston. Mr. Lewis leveraging over 20 years of technology and business experience across high-impact industries including travel, commercial staffing, and transportation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Texas-El Paso. In his role, Curtis focuses on supporting, growing, and creating business development strategies to support the success of the company and help it achieve its organizational goals.
Before joining Wind Speed Aviation Services, Lewis was the Area Manager at Impark/Reimagined Parking, overseeing operations for a large portfolio of hotel, residential, and government properties.
